Create a memory box: Fill a small box with items that remind you of your pet: like their collar, favorite toy, photos, or a handwritten note. Revisiting these objects when you miss them can be a comforting way to feel close again.
Write a letter to your pet: Writing helps express emotions we can’t always say out loud. Try writing a letter to your pet, sharing memories, gratitude, or things you didn’t get the chance to say. It’s a way to process your feelings and continue the bond you shared.
