FAQs

Who can participate in this program?

The Personalized Pet Grieving Program is designed for individuals 13 years and older. It is not suitable for children under 13, even with parental guidance. A dedicated program for children is currently in development.

Will I get support during the holidays?

Yes, we are available every day of the year, including holidays. Grieving doesn't take breaks, and we understand that special days like holidays can be particularly challenging. We're here to support you whenever you need it.

When will I receive my program?

After completing the initial questionnaire, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours with your personalized plan so you can begin your journey as soon as possible.

Can I print the resources?

Yes, all resources are designed to be printer-friendly, ensuring minimal ink usage. Our materials are specifically created to help you focus on your journey without distractions.

While we encourage reducing paper usage in other aspects of life, studies show that writing on physical paper can lead to better emotional processing and reflection.

Is this therapy?

No, The Pet Grieving Program is not therapy. What we offer is a personalized grief support program designed to help you process your grief using techniques often found in therapy, but in a self-guided way.

I'm a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Is there a special program for me?

Yes, we offer a tailored program specifically for Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs). This program is designed to address your unique emotional needs.

Do you offer any group support?

No, we currently do not offer group support sessions. Our focus is on providing one-on-one guidance through personalized programs to ensure that each individual receives the support they need.

How many months of support do I need?

Grief is a deeply personal journey, and there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to how long it takes to heal. We offer a 2-month support program because it allows you enough time to process your emotions and integrate the techniques into your life.

Can multiple people share the program?

No. While some techniques in our program may be helpful for many, it’s important to acknowledge that each person grieves differently, with unique traits, timelines, and emotional needs.

Techniques that work well for one person might not be appropriate—or could even be counterproductive—for others, depending on where they are in their grieving journey.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the program has not been redeemed within 100 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.

Once you've submitted your questionnaire and the program has started, we can’t offer a full refund, as the content is personalized. However, if you decide to stop early, we’ll refund the unused portion based on the number of weeks not yet delivered.

To ensure the best experience, please double-check your details before submitting the questionnaire, as they can’t be changed afterward.

I'm busy, how much time should I set aside each week?

We recommend setting aside at least 1 hour per week, to sit down and work through the program. However, the amount of time you dedicate is completely up to you, as you control how deeply you want to dive into each activity.

Additionally, we provide small exercises and techniques that you can do throughout your day, which help you heal even when you're not consciously focused on grieving.

I’m grieving a person, will this program help?

This program is specifically designed to support those grieving the loss of a pet. However, many of the techniques and tools we provide can be applied to future grieving experiences, whether you're mourning the loss of a person, another pet, or even intangible grief, like the loss of a relationship or a dream.

While tailored for pet loss, the emotional skills you develop here can help you navigate other forms of grief in the future.

You are not alone. We're here with you.
